I was brought up in Dothan, Alabama. Since I left Dothan in '68, I have lived in the Tuscaloosa/Northport area most of the time. The longest I stayed away without maintaining a residence here was from the Spring of '85 until the Spring of '88 but during that entire time I subleased my apartment to friends so for the past 42 years, I've always had a place to stay here. I maintain property for Pake Realty Company. I try to take off on at least one long weekend {Thursday until Monday} each month. My goal in the next year is to work up to taking off two weekends a month.
I like people who like to live around Dothan, Ft. Rucker, Lake Seminole,Lake Eufaula,Marianna,Compass Lake, The Gulf Coast from Bayou La Batre to St. Marks, Tuscaloosa, Birmingham, New Orleans, Miami, Tampa Bay, Guayaquil, Quito, Otavalo & Havana. Someone who enjoys eating crab, shrimp, oysters, fish tacos, steaks, pork, chicken, potatoes, salad, bread, chili and ice cream. Someone who enjoys driving down the back roads listening to Jerry Lee Lewis, Billy Joe Royal, Elvis Presley, Ray Charles, Roy Orbison,The Candymen, Classics IV, Wilbur Walton Jr. & The James Gang, Beaverteeth, Atlanta Rhythm Section, Allman Brothers, Wet Willie, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Z.Z.
